Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting role focused on onboarding and migration technology for mutual fund clients. This role designs, builds, and enhances reconciliation and migration solutions, supports development and expansion of onboarding platforms, and works with large financial data sets across multiple systems. Responsibilities include creating automation to improve operational efficiency, performing SQL-based data validation and troubleshooting, supporting data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and migration processes, and collaborating with Operations, Technology, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, and Client Service to enable platform transformation initiatives. The position emphasizes automation, data solutions, and scalable onboarding capabilities in a dynamic transformation-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operational, analytical, technical, or transformation-focused roles, ideally involving migrations, automation, data solutions, or platform support
- Strong technical and analytical mindset
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or technical solution development
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Python, VBA, Power BI, or similar technologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with large and complex data structures
- Interest in technology-driven operational transformation
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
- Very good English communication skills
