Job Summary
Senior Specialist in Fund/Client Accounting responsible for leading and supervising the preparation of periodical accounting and NAV production for Real Estate funds, overseeing GL reviews and financial statements for multiple properties, driving service-improvement initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and drafting client reports. The role requires evaluating GAAP/IFRS rules, interacting with clients, and potentially handling people management in some geographies. Strong accounting background in real estate fund accounting, attention to accuracy, and proficiency in Excel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience with preparing financial statements
- Real estate and investment accounting experience/education would be a strong asset
- Business English
- Strong communication skills
- High level of accuracy and proficiency in Excel
