Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting

Conduct accounting services for assigned clients and complex funds by determining net asset values, calculating performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports. Drive service improvement plans, target efficiencies, and enhance processes while reviewing work of junior team members. Provide guidance on cash and asset reconciliations for complex accounts, resolve issues with atypical transactions, and draft client performance reports. Regularly interact with clients to answer questions and resolve accounting process issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 5-7 years of experience, and Big 4 background. Located in Boston, MA with a four-day in-office requirement.
