Job Summary
The Senior Specialist, Full-Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs, contribute to UI components, and ensure end-to-end delivery including implementation, testing, deployment, and reliability. The role requires writing clean, well-tested code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with product teams. Candidates should have hands-on AI development experience, a solid understanding of programming concepts, and familiarity with microservices, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks. Proficiency in both Java and Python is essential, alongside strong technical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on AI development using modern tools and IDEs (e.g., Windsurf)
- Solid understanding of programming concepts and microservices
- Experience in SQL/NoSQL
- Proficiency in Java with Spring or experience in writing Python based API’s
- Experience in Python/Shell scripting
- Experience in building AI based products
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing (JUnit), and containers (Docker)
- Familiarity with microservices, observability/telemetry (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics), and cloud deployments
- Curiosity to understand the business domain and translate product strategy into technical solutions
- Strong technical and communication skills required
Desired Qualifications
- Good to have knowledge of Snowflake/DBT/Airflow
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular 15+
