Job Summary
Organize, schedule, and perform office functions for the Equity and Multilingual Education Department, serving as administrative support to the Director. Manage lottery planning and communications, while assisting with program tasks for English Learners, Dual Language, and World Language students, including data documentation, parent notifications, and annual assessment reporting. Coordinate family and community engagement outreach, provide oral and written translation for department communications, and manage districtwide interpretation services. Act as department receptionist, handle routine correspondence, and input data into school systems to compile reports and presentations. Create and audit content for the department website and social media, process orders for materials, and assist with District, State, and Federal reporting for programming and grants. Maintain confidentiality and attend required meetings and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual English-Spanish

- High School diploma minimum
- some college or Bachelors preferred
- 2-3 yrs administrative assistant experience preferred
