Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Financial Analyst (Hybrid - NJ or PA) provides financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support for Global Clinical Supplies within R&D. Responsible for modeling spend related to freight, warehousing, distribution, external packaging and labeling, shipping supplies, and staff resources; develops Budget and Long Range Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close activities; contributes to ad hoc analyses and client presentations; supports cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Clinical Development. Requires at least 2 years of finance/operations experience, a BA/BS, and proficiency in SAP, BPC, Excel, and Power BI. Travel is limited. Location options include Rahway, NJ and West Point, PA with Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of operations or Finance experience
- Minimum of a B.A./B.S. in Business, Finance, Science or Engineering
- Strong computer skills including SAP, BPC, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience and/or interest in building and maintaining Power BI visuals and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Proactive problem-solving and results orientation
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Travel up to 10%
