Senior Specialist, Finance Systems & Transformation

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Finance organization on SAP S/4HANA system capabilities, helping define the ERP, reporting, and integration landscape. Act as the primary SME for SAP Finance (FI/CO modules), translating business requirements into functional designs while optimizing core processes like planning, close, and cost management. Partner with IT and external teams to support broader transformation initiatives, including evaluating new tools for automation and enabling real-time reporting and data visibility. Bridge the gap between Finance and technology to drive standardization, transparency, and a scalable ecosystem across Accounting, FP&A, and Controlling. Based in Charlotte, NC, with 4-5 days in-office and occasional travel.
