Job Summary
Administer and advise the Wealth Management team on interpretation of key trust provisions and fiduciary duties for client relationships. Meet with clients, co-trustees, beneficiaries, and external advisors to ensure BNY is adhering to the highest fiduciary standards while independently evaluating new business opportunities and generating referrals. Assess, identify, and escalate risk-related issues, coordinate administrative activities across the team, and interpret governing trust documents to support complex fiduciary relationships. Mentor less experienced team members and provide oversight of client services in some regions. This role supports estate settlement, probate administration, and charitable account administration as assignments dictate. Located in NYC or Boston, this position requires 2-5 years of fiduciary administration experience and is open to candidates with CTFA or CFP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in fiduciary administration
