Senior Specialist, Experience Researcher

Senior Experience Researcher responsible for shaping and testing strategies across the CX&D program within Foundry. Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research approaches (usability testing, interviews, surveys, ethnography), moderate in-person and remote sessions, draft screeners and discussion guides, and collaborate with third-party vendors. Synthesize findings into actionable insights for product teams, present readouts to stakeholders, guide research planning across teams, and contribute to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, usability testing, cohort analysis). Ensure ethical research practices and data privacy. Mentor less experienced researchers and apply Design Thinking methodologies to inform strategy and roadmaps across geographies.
