Job Summary
Manage end-to-end operational workflows for live sports streaming from Korea to international broadcast hubs, including schedule management, feed testing, and live event monitoring. Serve as the key operational point of contact between Korean content providers and overseas transmission teams, overseeing live transmission tests, partner onboarding, and issue escalation during events. Coordinate branding insertions such as commercials and slates while maintaining up-to-date SOPs and operational logs. Support SVOD content packaging, localization, and delivery for Disney+ Korea by collaborating on asset acquisition and metadata updates. Requires three years of media streaming experience and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in media, TV broadcasting, OTT, or live content streaming operations
- Solid understanding of digital media delivery workflows and live streaming operations
- Familiarity with content localization, video asset delivery, and SVOD workflows
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, client servicing, and collaborative problem-solving under tight timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English
- Proven ability to convey operational updates and timelines clearly across internal teams and external partners
- Strong capability to build and maintain effective working relationships across global and local teams
