Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Digital Transformation, Automation & Process Re-engineering role leading process reengineering, automation, change management, and digital transformation initiatives within the Central Expense Unit (CEU); drive digital solution development to reduce risk and enhance resiliency; explore data ecosystem opportunities for continuous process improvement across CEU and Fund & Investor Solutions team; identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement; learn new tools and techniques benefiting CEU and stakeholders; enable data-driven transformation to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Minimum 7 years of Techno-Functional experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in participating in transformation initiatives, performing business analysis, and formulating problem statements based on specific business cases
- Familiarity with fund accounting, as well as expense and invoice processing, is considered advantageous
