Job Summary
Senior Specialist – Graphic Designer Marketing who will create and maintain high-quality visual content for the company brand across digital and print channels. Responsibilities include designing brochures, reports, offering memorandums, BOVs, presentations and other marketing materials; translating business/stakeholder information into visually compelling designs; collaborating with marketers, art directors, and design managers; ensuring brand guidelines are followed; and staying current with design trends. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in visual communications/graphic design (or significant equivalent experience), 7–9 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) plus PowerPoint and MS Word. Strong conceptual, communication and teamwork skills, with ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure; experience in commercial real estate is a plus. On-site location in Gurugram, India; 40 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design or an art school with a significant equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus
