Job Summary
Execute daily production processes and reports, monitor automated workflows, and perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy. Investigate production issues and data discrepancies while collaborating with local and global teams to resolve operational challenges. Provide remote software installation and user support for GfK reporting applications, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines. Offer rotational after-office hours and weekend support to maintain service continuity, with eligible employees receiving an after-office support allowance. Requires a diploma or degree in a relevant technical field, basic SQL knowledge, and willingness to work on-call. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on a rotational after-office schedule and participate in standby/on-call duties
