Senior Specialist – Corporate Trust Client Operations

Job Summary
Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to complex operational and product-related enquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Support the timely execution of high-value payments and trades across various transaction types while managing escalated issues by partnering with internal teams to investigate and resolve outcomes. Maintain a strong control environment through accurate record-keeping, risk highlighting, and appropriate exception escalation. Identify opportunities to improve team processes and enhance efficiency using AI tools and automation. This role is located in Dublin and requires approximately 3–4 years of experience in financial services, ideally within client services, settlements, or custody.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Approximately 3–4 years' experience in financial services, ideally in client services, settlements, custody, payments or trade support
- Be highly numerate with good attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Corporate Trust, back/middle office operations or client servicing is highly advantageous
- Working knowledge across areas such as asset-backed commercial paper, securities settlement, structured note programmes and collateral monitoring is preferable
