Job Summary
Manage the companywide communications calendar, advising stakeholders on timing, prioritization, and cadence. Execute internal communications through email, intranet, Teams, and other channels while owning the end-to-end internal email process via PoliteMail. Develop communication plans for key initiatives, maintain targeted distribution lists, and serve as primary administrator for myNET, including publishing news and managing the events calendar. Create graphics to support intranet content and own The Works Weekly newsletter, handling content planning, editing, and distribution. Track and analyze communications performance across PoliteMail, myNET, and newsletters to prepare recurring reports and campaign-specific metrics for leadership. Support media relations, award submissions, and industry engagement initiatives while assisting with planning for internal and external events. Coordinate vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and budget tracking for Communications projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Three (3)+ years of communications, public relations, marketing, or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PoliteMail, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar communications and design tools
- Familiarity with media relations, sponsorships, external communications activities, corporate events, and employee engagement programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting communications performance metrics
- Proficient public speaking abilities
