Job Summary
Develop and manage the enterprise-wide Compliance Training calendar, including deployment schedules, milestones, and feedback monitoring. Create and deliver engaging training content across multiple formats—such as e-learning, microlearning, and job aids—tailored to diverse audiences and business needs. Translate complex regulatory and policy requirements into clear, accessible learning experiences while serving as the primary writer and editor of all training materials. Partner with Compliance, Policy Governance, Risk, Legal, and HR stakeholders to gather input, lead content reviews, and ensure alignment with approved policies. Track, analyze, and report on training completion rates, assessment scores, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Manage the Compliance Training platform and serve as the primary liaison with supporting technology and HR teams. Support the annual Compliance certification process and maintain a centralized, version-controlled training content library.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Compliance, policy content development, or learning & development within a financial services, exchange, or regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering compliance training content
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Learn365)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
