Senior Specialist, Collections at Maersk will perform credit management, monitor and report on credit terms, execute collections and receivables activities across assigned clients, manage customer accounts with accurate data updates, handle customer queries and disputes, perform outbound payment follow-ups, and prepare analytical credit and collection reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, experience in accounts receivable or collections, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and fluency in English and Arabic. Ability to leverage knowledge of the logistics industry to negotiate and improve payment outcomes is valued.
