Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Clinical Supplies Shipping role responsible for processing shipment requests with precision, coordinating with Clinical Supply Project Managers and QA, creating shipping packets and invoices, ensuring regulatory approvals and compliance, and maintaining study-specific shipment data. Key duties include monitoring the GDSM database, printing shipment requests, scheduling shipments to avoid study delays, executing day-to-day shipping documentation in line with SOPs and cGMPs, generating international shipping documents, creating customs invoices, tracking KPIs, and supporting globally distributed clinical supply operations. Requires a High School Diploma and shipping experience, proficiency with Word/Excel, and strong collaborative skills. Hybrid work arrangement in North Chicago, IL, US.
Required Qualifications
