Job Summary
As a Senior Specialist Client Services Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects aligned with strategic goals, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include leading project delivery, maintaining project plans and schedules, and managing communication with stakeholders. You will track action items, manage risks and escalations, and guide teams through project phases. The ideal candidate will have extensive IT and project management experience, proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- 12 to 16 years of IT experience
- 7 years of project management experience
- Proven ability to manage end‐to‐end delivery
- Exposure to supporting technical and AI/GenAI & software delivery projects
- Skilled in developing project plans and managing risks
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client‐facing skills
- Highly organized and detail‐oriented
- Proficient with PM tools and reporting on KPIs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Waterfall/Agile methodologies
- Experience with Onsite and offshore delivery model
