Senior Specialist, Client Service

Collaborate with external clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY resources. Analyze information to address client concerns, monitor inquiries, resolve non-routine matters, and escalate complex issues as needed. Train and manage Client Representatives to ensure adherence to established procedures while handling reporting, processing investor and vendor payments, managing cash operations, and supporting compliance and risk management activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of experience, and background in operational areas or client services.
