Job Summary
Prepare, review, and negotiate CIT documentation for US-based clients while triaging bespoke investment guidelines for SMAs. Act as a gatekeeper for the Business Acceptance Council, identifying non-standard requirements and obtaining risk acceptance through Legal and Compliance. Coordinate post-onboarding legal document changes, support sub-advisory clients with prospectus updates, and manage client records. Perform key control functions for mandate governance and represent client-facing teams in regulatory change initiatives. This role requires full-time employment in Pittsburgh with a competitive salary.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within investments or financial services
- Strong understanding of investment servicing, reporting, and operational processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling escalations and driving issue resolution
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and control awareness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and improve service delivery
