Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Client Processing responsible for meeting SLAs on Pershing EOP tasks, reviewing account opening and update requests to ensure AML compliance per Global Standards, verifying End-Client KYC profiles via Equifax/Lexis Nexis, processing RIA requests via NetX and ECRM for PAS/BCS, collaborating with organizational units to implement technology enhancements and regulatory requirements, communicating with RIA Service Teams to resolve issues, solving complex problems with in-depth system knowledge, integrating industry standards to provide client solutions, and assisting Legal and Compliance on audit requests. The role may include allocating and supervising work and participating in supervisory review and training actions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of total work experience
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
