Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Client Processing role focused on resolving moderately complex day-to-day issues for external clients and directing them to appropriate resources. Responsibilities include supporting clients with operational and technical issues, applying intermediate problem solving, using communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base, and guiding clients to BNY Mellon products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and typically 3-5 years of total work experience; emphasis on operational or client services experience. Located in Lake Mary, FL, USA.
