Senior Specialist, Client Processing

Conduct complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems. Manage moderate to complex external client issues by directly advising organizational units to ensure timely delivery and resolution. Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to accurately process high-value transactions. Solve complex problems using in-depth system knowledge and industry standards while providing support to lower-level roles. Allocate and check work of team members, including supervisory review, training, and approval actions. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of experience, and preferred brokerage processing experience.
