Resolve complex day-to-day issues for external clients by directing them to appropriate resources and ensuring operational and technical requests are executed. Apply advanced problem-solving skills to analyze information, deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base, and proactively assist in reviewing potential business needs. Contribute to process improvements and provide guidance to less experienced team members without direct reports.
