Job Summary
Maintain accountability for risk management, controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance while driving process standardization and operational resilience. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable remediation solutions for ETF processing, including orders, baskets, and lifecycle events. Execute an automation and AI roadmap to reduce manual dependency, improve throughput, and deliver measurable business outcomes like reduced errors and faster turnaround times. Partner with Product, Technology, and AI teams to implement enterprise-ready solutions and influence adoption of AI-enabled process improvements across regions. Lead a large regional team, build leadership depth, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Serve as a Trade Capture subject matter expert with deep expertise in Financial Services Operations and front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations
- Deep expertise in Instruction Capture, Trade Capture, or related operational domains
- Strong experience across: Trade Capture / Instruction Capture in Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
- Front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, from execution through capture, enrichment, and downstream processing
- ETF trade lifecycle, including orders, baskets, NAV impact, and processing flows
- Delivering automation and AI initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to lead regionally while influencing stakeholders globally
