Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Client and Talent Partnership at Randstad Spain; responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and attracting top talent through diverse channels, hosting recruitment events virtually and in-person, supporting senior consultants, conducting post-placement follow-ups, maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics, and driving sales and recruitment processes within Professional Talent Solutions. The role includes onboarding and development initiatives and opportunities for internal mobility and mentoring, with a two-day telework option after six months. Focus areas span engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support.
