Senior Specialist, Business Analytics at Randstad within the Global CoE solution design team. Responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying specialist tools for CoE pursuits; identifying opportunities to leverage AI to boost productivity; enhancing analytics via Google Sheets and Looker/Excel; owning ad-hoc reporting, audits, and surveys to monitor solution quality; converting client terminology into initial models; leveraging OneTool and SD toolkits to produce draft analyses and hand over to Solutions leads; summarizing scope, complexities, risks, and missing insights; supporting internal projects to enhance talent modeling processes; participating in virtual checkpoints with global stakeholders; and driving improvements through data-driven insights and automation to deliver impactful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
