Senior Specialist, Associate Statistician

Senior Specialist, Associate Statistician will support global GPS stakeholders in understanding statistical needs and designing analyses across manufacturing and QC/Analytical Sciences. Responsibilities include collaborating with process analytical teams to design studies, performing statistical analyses on complex datasets for process robustness, determining specifications, sampling plans, and expiry/retest periods, and contributing to method development, qualification, validation, and investigations. The role involves ensuring batch compliance, preventing rejections and recalls, applying statistical methods for study design and analysis, and supporting quality/compliance with a focus on training and standardization of statistical processes. The position supports a site-essential, hybrid, or remote-by-design occupancy model with on-site requirements as described. The candidate should demonstrate strong statistical skills, capability to reach independent solutions, and ability to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
