Job Summary
Senior Specialist Art Direction for E-Commerce: responsible for end-to-end aesthetic output of product detail page imagery and lookbooks, including on-model and still-life photography, videography, and use of AI tools. Lead and manage freelance creative teams on set (ADs, Photographers, Digi Technicians, Stylists, Hair & Makeup), ensure brand guidelines are followed, collaborate with production and merchandising, develop and update shoot guidelines, shot mapping, and style guides, and drive high-quality imagery across PDPs and campaigns. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of high-volume product photography experience in fashion/e-commerce, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Adobe tools and presentation software, and a proactive, adaptable approach to balancing commercial and creative priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Design, Art Direction or related field
- 7+ years experience creating product photography in a high volume, high quality, fast-paced commercial studio with a production line environment
- Proven experience in ecommerce fashion photography
- Experience concepting and executing both photography and video shoots
- Strong fashion aesthetic and keen eye for judging photography, color, and lighting
- Exceptional people management skills with the ability to provide clear direction and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
- Must be a self starter, easily adaptable and flexible
- Expert competency with Adobe Creative programs and image management software
- Proficiency in Keynote for presentations
