Job Summary
Develop and execute Contract Intelligence strategies aligned with global priorities, tracking maturity and adoption across sites. Own process quality frameworks, identify skill gaps for targeted learning interventions, and lead cross-functional change initiatives at Global, Product, and regional levels. Partner with platform and tech teams to orchestrate automation opportunities, prioritizing business benefits while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Drive capability building and structured improvement frameworks to support the Maersk Way. Apply Lean, Agile, and structured CI methodologies with strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills to enable seamless supply chain simplification across 130 countries.
