Job Summary
Book and validate securities transactions (DVP/FOP), derivatives, and Prime Broker trades. Process corporate actions, income events, and proxy voting requests while managing cash collateral for derivative transactions. Monitor and resolve open trades with sub-custodians, counterparties, and clients; handle fund and private client migrations. Produce and review control, reconciliation, and client reports; process physical certificates and confirmation matching activities. Execute daily operational controls and checklists, acting as the escalation point for operational issues. Lead or support complex projects and process improvement initiatives to drive operational change. Join the Custody Operations team in Munsbach, Luxembourg, supporting one of the bank's core operational hubs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Custody, Securities Operations, Asset Servicing or Banking Operations
- Strong knowledge of securities settlement, derivatives processing, corporate actions and reconciliation controls
- Experience interacting with sub-custodians, counterparties and institutional clients
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex operational matters independently
- Project management and process improvement experience is an advantage
