Job Summary
Senior Specialist After Sales Balkans (m/f/d) oversees Balkan After Sales, manages all incoming customer complaints and after sales issues, handles order processing via phone, email or EDI, initiates free-of-charge product exchanges, coordinates logistics, supports internal complaints processes, and participates in onboarding of new colleagues. Requires experience in customer service or after sales, strong organizational skills, communication in Croatian and English, and the ability to operate in an international Balkan-context; parental leave cover on a fixed-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, After Sales, Complaints Handling, or Operations
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with order processing and logistics coordination is an advantage
- Ability to work in an international environment, especially within the Balkan market
- Team player with onboarding and training skills
