Senior Special Operations Integration Advisor

Job Summary
Deliver episodic SOF staff development and operational planning courses across CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM. Teach tactical and theater-level planning, organization, and joint asset integration. Advise on integrating ground force operations with insertion platforms, including underwater, air free-fall, static-line, and helicopter insertion. Provide expertise on integrating intelligence, ISR, counter-IED, and counter-UAV capabilities in support of special operations missions. Mentor participants using experience as a ground force commander or senior enlisted leader. This role requires a twenty-year veteran of U.S. Special Operations Forces with prior Theater Special Operations Command staff experience and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of twenty years of Special Operations Forces experience in Naval Special Warfare SEALs, MARSOC, or Air Force Special Operations, including Pararescuemen and Combat Control Teams
- Experience as a ground force commander or senior enlisted ground force commander
- Prior Theater Special Operations Command staff experience
- Strong understanding of operational preparation of the environment and full-spectrum joint integration
Desired Qualifications
- Combat deployment experience in support of special operations missions
- Advanced joint or combined qualifications
- Security clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI or ability to obtain
