Job Summary
Senior Sous Chef for Functions & Events in Castle Hill, NSW, leading delivery of high-quality dishes in the function and events kitchen, with focus on prep, cooking, plating, menu planning, and maintaining food safety/hygiene standards. Responsible for quality and consistency, assisting with menu planning, managing large service numbers, supervising and guiding kitchen staff, showcasing leadership while remaining collaborative, and ensuring excellent customer care and service. Requires a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with flexibility in working hours and strong teamwork.
