Job Summary
Senior Sous Chef responsible for leading and developing the kitchen team, delivering NZ-inspired, globally-influenced cuisine, and enhancing the Caravan guest experience under the Head Chef. Will drive service quality, staff development, and ownership of the kitchen, with familiarity of Fourth, FnB and Harri systems; involvement in sustainable practices and upholding Caravan values while supporting internal career progression.
