Job Summary
Senior Sourcing Specialist for SpaceX Starlink responsible for identifying, assessing, and establishing partnerships with strategic authorized installers, negotiating and closing partnership deals, monitoring partner performance to ensure compliance with standards, and ensuring partner readiness for nationwide coverage. The role includes providing training resources to partners, preparing reports on customer concerns and installations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, regulatory, business, planning, etc.). Preferred background includes 5+ years in procurement/sourcing or omnichannel sales and strong communication/negotiation skills; experience developing vendors or building sales channels in international markets; must be willing to travel up to 25% and comply with ITAR requirements. Educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business. Compensation includes base salary ranges and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
