Job Summary
Senior Sourcing & Talent Manager responsible for leading proactive, outbound sourcing across technical and non-technical functions, building long-term candidate pipelines, and shaping hiring strategy in collaboration with department heads. Own market mapping, talent intelligence, and engagement strategies to attract high-value passive candidates, leveraging Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft compelling outreach, and improve candidate experience as the company scales in the space tech domain.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and outbound talent engagement
- Experience supporting technical hiring in startup or scale-up environments
- Demonstrated success sourcing high-caliber passive talent in competitive or niche markets
- Familiarity with Greenhouse reporting, pipeline analytics, and recruiting operations
- Strong talent mapping and research capabilities
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect talent strategy to business priorities
- Excellent written communication skills; able to craft compelling outreach that converts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring direction through market insights and sourcing expertise
- High degree of autonomy, persistence, curiosity, and ownership mentality
