Job Summary
Manage and enhance strategic sourcing initiatives by developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to deliver value through cost savings, risk mitigation, and supply chain optimization. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective procurement of critical materials and services while supporting the mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Execute continuous improvement projects and demonstrate strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills within a global matrix organization.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience in mid to large multinational companies

- Experience working in regulated industries like life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals

- Ability to build consensus and collaborate across global matrix organizations
- Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and process improvements
- Strong project management capabilities
- Fluency in English
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement best practices, processes and methodologies
- Experience with continuous improvement/lean methodologies
- Demonstrated negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
- Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CPM)
