Job Summary
Senior (DACH) Solutions Sales Manager to own the full enterprise sales cycle across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Drive multi-threaded engagements with C-level and VP stakeholders, build and close high-ACV deals, shape pricing and contract terms (including SLAs), and collaborate with product and deployment teams to co-design solutions and drive customer outcomes in AI/automation/enterprise data platforms. Expected background includes 5–8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, a proven track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals, strong proficiency in German and English, and EU/Schengen work authorization. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, GTM strategy influence, and the ability to navigate complex, long sales cycles while representing Beam in executive customer conversations.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS new-business sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently closing $100K+ ACV deals
- Experience selling complex technical products (e.g. AI, automation, data platforms)
- Strong experience closing multi-stakeholder deals with C-level and VP stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and close pipeline through outbound/self-sourced efforts
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models
- Experience negotiating enterprise contracts with legal and finance, including pricing and SLA terms
- Authorisation to work in the EU / Schengen area
- Fluent German (native or C1+) and professional English
