Senior Solutions Engineer - Warsaw

Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer to design and deliver AI automation solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll partner with Sales to understand requirements, deliver product demos and POCs, lead technical discovery, translate business needs into scalable architectures, collaborate with Engineering during pilots, and act as a technical advisor to ensure customer success. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic engagement, requiring strong communication across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, and fluency in Polish and English. The position is based in Warsaw with remote options for Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles
- At least 2 years at a senior level
- Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments (conversational AI, RPA, or cloud-based automation a strong plus)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Native-level proficiency or highly fluent in Polish and English
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
