Senior Solutions Engineer - Singapore

Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer to drive Neo4j's growth across APAC by articulating business value, shaping customer-focused solutions, and accelerating adoption. Lead technical discovery, deliver value-based selling, and own pre-sales engagements with live demos, PoV demonstrations, and tailored solution architectures. Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISVs/ systems integrators, enable partners with GTM programs, and support joint marketing initiatives. Engage with technical and business stakeholders, map customer requirements to Neo4j capabilities, and hand off to Professional Services for successful implementations. The role involves working across APAC markets (including Korea), contributing to webinars and thought leadership, and traveling as needed. Requires deep expertise in graph databases, experience with cloud and data technologies, strong presentation and communication skills, and a track record of value-based selling in fast-paced, sales-driven environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of pre-sales, professional services, or customer-facing technical experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with partners, including hyperscalers, ISVs, and system integrators
- Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, global organization
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer and partner engagements
