Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer to build and scale Remote Build’s solutions engineering function, own executive relationships, architect AI agent workflows, translate business processes into agent-enabled workflows, develop enablement programs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product, Partnerships, CX, and Legal to drive commercial outcomes and product alignment. Key activities include defining role profiles and coverage, establishing a repeatable discovery and design process, setting engagement models and success metrics, and shaping governance, standards, and scalability for AI-enabled workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building and leading a solutions engineering (or equivalent) function
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI agent workflows (or adjacent automation/orchestration systems)
- Domain experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM, or adjacent industries
- Ability to translate business processes into agent-enabled workflows and oversee end-to-end solution design
