Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct technical discovery with quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders to uncover current-state workflows, data sources, and constraints. Deliver tailored demonstrations mapped to customer lanes and products while handling objections, then own the initial solution design and solution map defining modules, data requirements, and integrations. Translate designs into sequenced statements of work and implementation plans, sizing effort and surfacing dependencies before commitments. Partner with Sales on proposals and order forms to ensure commercial commitments are technically deliverable, then carry the design into delivery by leading workshops, configuring Lane Qualification and Command Center, and guiding go-live. Coordinate with Product, Data, and Engineering to sequence deliverables and feed customer patterns back into the roadmap, while building reusable assets like discovery question banks and integration patterns. Track work in Linear and document decisions in Figma to ensure continuity from first discovery call through to a customer operating in production.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles across the software sales cycle and delivery
- Experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, Presales Consultant, Implementation Lead, or management/technology consulting with hands-on SaaS delivery
- Demonstrable experience on both sides of contract signature
- Strong supply chain and process background
- Cold chain domain knowledge
- Consulting-grade communication
- Practical technical fluency with APIs, data mapping and transformation, and integration patterns
- Track record running multiple concurrent customer engagements with real deadlines
- Additional languages
- Comfort working across US and European time zones
- Traveling up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Life sciences exposure
- Familiarity with GxP-regulated and compliance-driven environments / validation expectations
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, TMS platforms, QMS such as Veeva Vault or TrackWise, visibility platforms, packaging providers, 4PLs and carriers, and logger ecosystems (Elpro, Sensitech, Tive, TempMate, etc.)
- Experience selling or delivering into enterprise Pharma procurement and quality organizations
- Working knowledge of Azure, Python, Postman, Prismatic, PostgreSQL / Supabase, and JSON-based data workflows
- Remote-first flexibility
