Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer onsite in Burlington, MA, responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver thermal-management projects for AI infrastructure and data-center applications. Develop novel thermal-fluid solutions aligned with customer needs, participate in feasibility assessments, drive project execution from requirements to delivery, and ensure seamless handover between engineering, operations, and customers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Physics, 5+ years of thermal-management experience, and proven ability to engage in customer-facing roles; position is onsite 4 days/week with 1 remote day and requires commuting distance or relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in thermal management, heat transfer, and related system design principles
- Experience in a customer-facing capacity (e.g., applications, sales, or field engineering)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee technical projects
- Experience in project management fundamentals, with a focus on execution, including requirements definition, risk management, and schedule oversight
