Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for leading complex enterprise engagements from discovery through evaluation and decision, designing practical technical plans, and delivering hands-on PoCs. Collaborates with Sales, Product, and Marketing to position Logitech’s video collaboration and workspace solutions, translating customer requirements into deployment-ready designs with attention to security, performance, and manageability. Engages IT leadership, AV decision-makers, and end-user stakeholders, guiding technical conversations, differentiating Logitech in high-value opportunities, and ensuring clear ownership and momentum across opportunities. Requires strong technical judgment across video collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex), enterprise networking, AV system architecture, and deployment best practices, with the ability to travel and operate independently in complex enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level pre-sales/solutions engineering experience
- Enterprise IT infrastructure/AV integration experience
- Experience leading PoCs and technical evaluations
- Ability to engage IT security, AV, procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Willingness to travel up to ~50%
- Technical knowledge of video collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex)
- Networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, QoS, VLANs)
- Device management, cloud infrastructure, APIs
- Experience with certificates, proxies, firewall rules, and log analysis
