Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for driving the technical sales process across enterprise SaaS, leading technical discovery, developing demos and technical narratives, and designing POV/POC engagements. Acts as a liaison between sales and marketing, supports RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and enables customers and sales teams to understand and adopt Fingerprint solutions. Requires 6+ years in a customer-facing role, proven experience with enterprise customers and six-figure deals, strong technical storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort with fully remote work. Requires proficiency with macOS and tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom; Spanish or Portuguese skills are a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years in a customer-facing role (pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting)
- Experience with Enterprise customers and closing 6-figure deals
- Experience supporting complex Enterprise SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long evaluation processes
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to communicate complex technical concepts, APIs, and integrations
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, customer-centric mindset
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and translating customer needs into actionable insights
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus (not required)
- Proficiency with macOS and remote-work tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom)
- Ability to lead technical discovery, demos, POVs/POCs, and respond to RFx
