Job Summary
Partner with Sales to design tailored AI automation solutions, deliver product demos and proof-of-concepts, and lead technical discovery sessions. Translate business requirements into scalable architecture proposals and collaborate with Engineering teams during pilots and implementations. Act as a technical advisor to build trusted customer relationships, validate solutions throughout the sales cycle, and proactively resolve technical challenges. Represent Enterprise Bot at industry events and contribute to technical enablement materials and playbooks. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while advocating for customer needs within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles
- at least 2 years at a senior level
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly fluent in the English language - both verbal and written

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments (experience with conversational AI, RPA, or cloud-based automation is a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with CRM or presales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and related certifications
- Understanding of NLP, automation workflows, or integration frameworks (e.g., REST, GraphQL)
- Experience in enterprise-scale solution delivery and customer success collaboration
