Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH) to support Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in a highly customer-facing technical role. Partner with Sales to drive strategic enterprise opportunities; lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners; run workshops across security, infrastructure, IAM, endpoint management, and workplace technology; own relationships with the customer’s technical counterparts; validate deployment models, policy management, identity integration, logging, security controls, and operational fit; design and support pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans; advise on deployment architecture and integration approaches for enterprise environments; ensure interoperability across SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxies, PKI, and browser policy frameworks; create reusable technical assets and enable partners; support deployment and customer success; champion Mozilla values; requirements include 7+ years in a senior technical role, native-level German, and strong communication in English.
