Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer role focused on pre-sales technical leadership: lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, build and present product demos (AI Messaging Assistants, AI Voice Assistants, Quality Assurance, Voice of Customer tools), and translate insights into tailored recommendations and service-design/cost models. Collaborate with CX Solution Designers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to refine requirements, influence roadmaps, and support close of new business and expansion. Must articulate Crescendo’s differentiators in AI-enabled CX, demonstrate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, and thrive in a remote-first, customer-obsessed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role in a B2B software or tech-enabled service environment (Contact Center or Customer Experience experience preferred)
- Proven track record in demonstrating and implementing complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of CS/CX tools, including CRMs, Help Desk, CCaaS, and AI
- Knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and common integration patterns
- Preferred: Familiarity with Python or JavaScript
- Experience experimenting with multiple leading LLMs and their various applications in the CX space
- Business expertise in CX, including trends and best practices
- Ability to shift between technical advisory and storytelling roles
- Remote-friendly work style
